• All Product will be opened with care for checking damage.
• We can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. And the order cannot be canceled.
• Dolls is a handmade product, there may be blemishes from the normal manufacturing process. Please understand that we will not accept claims in this defects.
• For default shipping we do not accept claims and refunds for lost parcels or damaged products. If you need a guarantee for loss or damage in transit, we have optional for a FedEx delivery. This method can be refunded for lost parcels or damaged products depends on the shipping process.
• Default shipping will be shipped in ePacket by Thailand Post. After we ship the product will take 15 – 30 business days depending on the destination country. If you are not on ePacket list we will use Registered Air mail by Thailand Post. After we ship the product will take 7 – 30 business days depending on the destination country. For bigest doll sometime we will use another Shipping company Ex.FastShip
