Refund policy

- Orders cannot be canceled once placed.
- There will be no refunds offered.
- We are unable to provide full refunds or exchanges.
- In the case of a broken part, we will contact the manufacturer to resolve the issue.
- If shipping is required for a resolution, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs and any applicable import taxes. No refunds will be issued for returned shipments and reshipment will incur new shipping charges.
- Please note that dolls are handmade products, and there may be minor blemishes resulting from the normal manufacturing process.
- Claims related to these minor defects will not be accepted.
