Pre-Order Detail

  • Receive items for dolls doll part, eyes, wigs, accessories, other props, feel free to inquire.
  • Do not receive order recast doll.
  • Accept order from doll shop in China , Korea , Japan for 2nd hand dolls also welcome
  • Can pre-order other products that we didn’t adding to our site by sending a link or picture to inquire.

Order process

For on website item

  • Select your favorite product and add them to cart.
  • Proceed Check out and give us some shipment detail.
  •  Don’t forget to check your order detail and place order with Credit card.
  • You will receive an E-mail from our system that mean your order have been revived.
  • We will send you an  E-mail again to confirm detail and order status please check your mail box carefully.
  • If the dolls shop dispatch your order we will update via E-mail
  • Once the item arrives in our shop. It will take 15-30 days to deliver to the customer.*
  •  

For other item

  • Send a link or a picture of the doll you want to inquire. 
  • If the product can still be ordered, we will inform you about the details and price.
  • The price stated includes shipping in the country of origin exclude shipping cost to the destination country
  • When the customer accept order we sent you an invoice (Stripe invoice)
  • After payment has been confirmed we will order the dolls in 1-2 days
  • If the dolls shop dispatch your order we will update via E-mail
  • Once the item arrives in our shop. It will take 15-30 days to deliver to the customer.*

Duration and Delivery

  • Order from china it will take 10-15 days to our shop*
  • Order from Korea it will take 25-35 days to our shop*
  • When you doll arrived in our shop. We will take delivery  within 1-2 days.(Exclude holiday)
  • In the case that the dolls is a resin. We needs to be unpacked to check whether any parts are broken or not. For carry out to return the product or help you solve the problem with the manufacturer**
  • For default shipment we will dispatch by e-Packet and Registered. This shipment will take 15-30Days depend on destination country.(Have tracking and no insurance)
  • For express shipment is optional for customer who want fastest way and have insurance. This option will take 7-15 Days depend on destination country.

Conditions for accepting pre-orders

  • Most of the pre-order dolls are made-to-order product so we must inform you that the doll received may not be 100% perfect because they are handmade items. There may be some parts that are not good or do not match with the picture. Exactly If the item has a slight defect and wants to return the item, there will be no refund in this section. But in the case of heavy damage we will contact the doll shop to solve the problem.
  • In case of the skin colors of small BJD shop referring to the colors of the popular company it is a close matching of the skin color and the items received maybe not exactly match that company 100% because the resin colors of each company have changed a little every year.
  • The production time may sometimes be slower than BJD shop expectation.
  • When you place an order it is cannot be cancel. There will be no refund.
  • Absolutely do not accept the order recast doll.
