Shipping Policy:

  • For standard shipping, we do not accept claims or refunds for lost parcels or damaged products.
  • If you require a guarantee against loss or damage during transit, we offer the option of Express.
  • This Express method may be eligible for refunds in case of lost parcels or damaged products, depending on the shipping carrier.
  • If the customer provides an incorrect address, we will not be held responsible under any circumstances. In case the package is returned to us, the customer can request a reshipment, and the standard shipping fee will apply.

 

Shipment Processing:

  • After payment is confirmed for in-stock products, we will proceed to dispatch within 2-3 days.
  • For pre-order products, we will dispatch within 2-3 days after the product has arrived at our store.

 

Duration:

  • Dolls from China take 10-15 Days
  • Dolls from Korea take 30-40 Days
  • Dolls from Japan take 45-60 Days
