This brand is a BJD company from China. The highlight is that they use plastic materials for making dolls, but the joint system is same as normal BJD is Jointed and s hook string system using elastic rubber to hold the various part together. And it has a friendly price and is very easy to play.
Tips
- Because the joints are elastic, when playing for a long time they will deteriorate as normal. You can buy and replace it in BJD circles, it is called a restring.
- The body is made of plastic and has the ability to stain color from dark clothes, so we do not recommend wearing dark color clothes for a long time.
- The body can be use with heads from other brand if the joints in the neck or face are the same.
- Please avoid hot places this will cause the plastic to deteriorate. Just keeping it in a ventilated place is enough.
- Hand parts, foot parts, head and eyes can be removed and replaced.

Order process
For on website item
- Select your favorite product and add them to cart.
- Proceed Check out and give us some shipment detail.
- Don’t forget to check your order detail and place order with Credit card.
- You will receive an E-mail from our system that mean your order have been revived.
- We will send you an E-mail again to confirm detail and order status please check your mail box carefully.
- If the dolls shop dispatch your order we will update via E-mail
- Once the item arrives in our shop. It will take 15-30 days to deliver to the customer.*
For other item
- Send a link or a picture of the doll you want to inquire.
- If the product can still be ordered, we will inform you about the details and price.
- The price stated includes shipping in the country of origin exclude shipping cost to the destination country
- When the customer accept order we sent you an invoice (Stripe invoice)
- After payment has been confirmed we will order the dolls in 1-2 days
- If the dolls shop dispatch your order we will update via E-mail

- In the case that the dolls is a resin. We needs to be unpacked to check whether any parts are broken or not. For carry out to return the product or help you solve the problem with the manufacturer**
- For default shipment we will dispatch by e-Packet and Registered. This shipment will take 15-30Days depend on destination country.(Have tracking and no insurance)
- For express shipment is optional for customer who want fastest way and have insurance. This option will take 7-15 Days depend on destination country.
Conditions for accepting pre-orders
- Most of the pre-order dolls are made-to-order product so we must inform you that the doll received may not be 100% perfect because they are handmade items. There may be some parts that are not good or do not match with the picture. Exactly If the item has a slight defect and wants to return the item, there will be no refund in this section. But in the case of heavy damage we will contact the doll shop to solve the problem.
- In case of the skin colors of small BJD shop referring to the colors of the popular company it is a close matching of the skin color and the items received maybe not exactly match that company 100% because the resin colors of each company have changed a little every year.
- The production time may sometimes be slower than BJD shop expectation.
- When you place an order it is cannot be cancel. There will be no refund.
- Absolutely do not accept the order recast doll.

BJD Layaway Service for Overseas Customers
Our store has implemented a layaway system to make our dolls more accessible to customers. The system is friendly to those who are interested but may not be able to pay in full. Before placing an order, please read the layaway guidelines carefully to maintain the benefits for our customers. By agreeing to the layaway plan, you are accepting the store’s conditions.
When opting for our layaway option, please take note of the following details:
- Processing Fee: A 1% processing fee will be added to the total amount, excluding any items with a 2-month layaway plan.
- Payment Responsibility: The store will not automatically deduct payments from your account. It's the customer's responsibility to make monthly payments.
- Missed Payments: Failure to make payments within the specified time frame will result in the store reclaiming the item and any funds paid to date to cover damages and fees incurred.
- Initial Deposit: The down payment is calculated by dividing the total amount by the number of months in your chosen layaway plan. The amount may be rounded for convenience in payment.
- Order Processing: Once the initial deposit is paid, the store will proceed with your order.
- Product Delivery: We will arrange product delivery after the full payment is completed.
Example:
- You order Doll with a total cost of $290 on January 1st.
- You opt for a 6-month layaway plan.
- The total amount, including the processing fee, becomes $292.9.
- Your initial deposit is $52.9, and you will pay $48 the remaining balance over the next 5 months.
- Your first payment is made on January 1st, and subsequent payments are due by the 1st of each month. We allow a 2-day grace period for payment.
The maximum number of months available for layaway will depend on the total purchase amount and the type of products being bought. Generally, the more expensive the items, the longer the layaway plan available. However, the specific terms and conditions of the layaway plan, including the maximum number of months, may vary from each type to another.
Steps for placing an order using the Layaway method
- Select Your Desired Items: Start by choosing the items you wish to purchase.
- Place an Order: Proceed with your order as usual and specify the number of months for your layaway plan in the order notes. Additionally, indicate your preferred payment method (Beam,Stripe, Wise). Select the "Layaway" option on the payment method page. *We will select Beam by default*
- Await Confirmation: Wait for our response via email to confirm your layaway request and provide you with payment details. (Sometimes it may go to your Junk Mail inbox)
- Make Payments: Once confirmed, initiate your payments.
Upon successfully receiving your payments, we will update it in the order notes.
